  • All our plans include an unlimited number of users, regardless of the subscription level.

  • A recipient is an individual identified by their email address who receives certificates and badges.

  • During a subscription year, a recipient is counted once they receive their first credential. Throughout that same period, they can receive as many credentials as needed at no additional cost. Recipients from previous years who do not receive credentials in the current year are not counted.

  • No, once a credential is issued, it remains active, accessible, and verifiable at no additional cost, even if you do not renew your subscription.

  • No, setup is included in all plans.

  • For the Essentials Pack, the default payment method is credit card in USD or EUR, processed via Stripe. For other plans ("White Label" and "Infinity"), we accept international bank transfers in multiple currencies, including CAD.

  • Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and apply to the current subscription period without changing the dates. Only the price difference between your new and previous plan will be billed. Downgrades are also possible and will take effect in the next subscription period.

  • If you don’t reach your recipient quota within the subscription period, there is no reimbursement. As with most SaaS services, a good practice is to review your usage and adjust your subscription volume for the next year to better match your needs.

  • If you exceed your plan's limit, you can either opt to be billed at a flat rate for each additional recipient at the end of the period or choose to upgrade to a higher plan immediately.

  • Yes, unless you cancel your subscription beforehand.

  • You will no longer have access to the application after your current subscription period ends. However, all issued credentials will remain active, accessible, and verifiable.
